Common questions
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Changes are prorated automatically.
What’s the difference between monthly and annual?
Annual billing is charged once per year at a lower effective monthly rate. Monthly billing is pay-as-you-go with no commitment.
Will my test emails reach real people?
Never. Captured mail is stored in your inbox and never delivered onward — unless you explicitly turn on auto-forwarding.
Which frameworks are supported?
Any that can send SMTP — Laravel, Node, Django, Rails, Spring, .NET, Go and more. It’s just standard SMTP credentials.
What happens when an inbox hits its retained-email limit?
Nothing is ever rejected. Each inbox keeps its most recent emails up to your plan’s limit — once you go over, the oldest emails are automatically cleared to make room for new ones.
Are there separate limits for the API?
Yes — the API has its own per-minute request limit, scaled to your plan, and no monthly quota of its own. It’s independent of the SMTP send rate and monthly sending quota.
